If your controller or accessory arrives defective or doesn't meet your expectations, our dedicated support team is here to facilitate a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your GameSir device in its original box with all accessories and include the RMA form inside the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
